Gary Sizemore, MBA, MRAeS
Co-Owner, Pilot, Aviation Safety Consultant
Mr. Sizemore has over 32 years of experience in Personnel, Program and Facilities management, with a proven record of Safety and Facility Safety Management, positive audit findings by internal and external auditors including US Government Auditors. A trained Rotor Wing Aviator, Medical Evacuation Pilot, Aeroscout Pilot, and Counter Drug Pilot. Mr. Sizemore has worked in multiple positions including Task Force Flight Operations, Unit and Task Force Safety Management, Line Safety, Lead Pilot, Medical Evacuation Pilot, Safety Officer, and Unit Trainer. Mr. Sizemore served as President of the National EMS Helicopter Pilots Association, Aviation Safety Site Manager for Air Methods, Florida Manager of Aviation and Product Safety, Sikorsky Corporation, and currently Auditor and SMS manager for Dynamic Aviation International.
Previous experience includes US Army and Civil Safety Management, including US Army Aviation Safety Officer Course, OSHA compliance certification from the US Army, and Southern California Safety Institute Accident Investigators course. He has specialized skills in Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies, Culture and Culture change as well as experience with large scale Disaster Planning including Hurricane Response Plans.
Mr. Sizemore is a Commercial Instrument rated helicopter pilot with over 6000 hours of accident free flight time.
Todd Dembowske
Co-Owner
Mr. Dembowske retired from the U.S. Army as a CW5 Army Fixed Wing Detachment Commander. He has over twenty five years’ experience with facility safety, aviation safety, behavioral based and system safety management, applying FAA, DOD, OSHA and EPA guidelines. Currently he is the HSSE Director for an international ocean environmental company, where he implements a safety and environmental management system adhering to the oil and gas industry standards.
American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Government CP-12 Safety Manager (0018 series).
Mr. Dembowske is a rated aviator holding an ATP ME Airplane, Commercial/Instrument Helicopter and a Multiengine and Instrument instructors rating. Also participates in continuing education events, Treasure Coast ASSE chapter member, and attends aviation safety management system (SMS) workshops. He co-owns Treasure Coast Aviation Safety Services, LLC.

Her innovative approach to engineering is matched by her commitment to education, demonstrated through her curriculum planning for NASA's summer camps, designed to inspire K-12 girls in science and technology. Mary's diverse expertise showcases her as a multifaceted professional driving change in both health and engineering fields.
Mary Long is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, reiki master, and doctoral candidate of Integrative Medicine. She embodies a holistic approach to health and wellness.
